I will be graduating with a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia this coming December. Currently, I am working for the non-profit organization, Investigative Reporters and Editors as a research assistant and help produce a weekly broadcast show for the Futures Lab at the Reynolds Journalism Institute looking at new technology and innovative trends going on in the media industry.
This past summer, I was a Pulliam fellow at The Indianapolis Star working for the breaking-news team. Last spring, I covered the state legislature for The Kansas City Star. Prior to that, I have been an intern at The Wall Street Journal in Washington, D.C., at Bloomberg News in New York and at The Kansas City Star and St. Louis Beacon in Missouri. I have also worked for The Mash by the Chicago Tribune and ChicagoNow, also under Tribune Company.
My interests lie in investigative reporting, as well as covering either politics or Wall Street. I’m also open to any and all suggestions of applying my baton-twirling skills to my pursuits in the journalism industry, so feel free to share. If you’re looking for the other Prang twin, you’ve reached the wrong page. She’s taller.
