Allison Prang will be graduating with a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia this coming December. This summer, she will be a Pulliam fellow at The Indianapolis Star working on the metro desk. Currently, Ms. Prang is working for the non-profit organization, Investigative Reporters and Editors and is a freelance research assistant for an investigative reporter in New York.
This past spring, she also covered the state legislature for The Kansas City Star. Prior to that, Ms. Prang has been an intern at The Wall Street Journal in Washington, D.C., at Bloomberg News in New York and at The Kansas City Star and St. Louis Beacon in Missouri. She has also worked for The Mash by the Chicago Tribune.
Ms. Prang hopes to pursue a journalism career in New York following graduation and is interested in covering politics, business or financial regulation. Her main interest area is in investigative reporting.
